Microsoft has announced expanded incentives, training programs, and go-to-market resources for partners in February 2026, including up to 35% discounts on Microsoft 365 Copilot Business and new AI-powered tools in Partner Center.
Microsoft has rolled out its February 2026 update for AI Business Solutions, bringing a comprehensive suite of new incentives, training opportunities, and go-to-market resources designed to help partners capitalize on the growing demand for AI-powered business transformation.
Expanded Incentives and Promotional Offers
The most significant announcement centers on substantial discounts for Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. Partners can now access promotional offers providing up to 35% savings on annual commitments through March 31, 2026. The tiered structure includes 15% off for 1-300 seats at $18/user/month, 35% off Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Business Bundle for 10-300 seats at $22/user/month, and 5% off Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Bundle for 10-300 seats at $32/user/month.
A particularly noteworthy extension is the 50% discount on Microsoft Purview Suite for Microsoft 365 Copilot, now available through June 30, 2026. This offer targets enterprise organizations seeking to strengthen data security while reducing costs. Additionally, the 15% discount on Microsoft 365 E5 for new customers has been extended through June 30, 2026, providing partners with more time to transition customers from on-premises solutions or upgrade from Office 365.
Enhanced Partner Center AI Assistant
Microsoft has significantly upgraded the Partner Center AI assistant with new capabilities focused on renewal management and upsell opportunities. The tool now automatically identifies Microsoft 365 Business customers approaching renewal and highlights those who are strong candidates for Copilot Business. This intelligence allows partner teams to prioritize high-potential accounts, quickly identify eligible promotions, and transform routine renewals into targeted upsell opportunities with minimal manual effort.
Security Training and Briefing Opportunities
The update introduces a new 90-minute interactive Security Immersion Briefing focused on Microsoft Defender for Business Premium and Microsoft Purview for Business Premium customers with 50-300 licenses. This briefing positions partners as trusted security advisors, enabling them to help customers address rising cybersecurity threats. A key enhancement is the removal of execution caps, allowing partners to run unlimited briefings with up to 20 open simultaneously. New delivery options also provide flexibility for distributors and resellers to collaborate or deliver directly.
Comprehensive Training Calendar
February's training schedule is packed with opportunities across multiple formats and regions. Virtual workshops include the AI Business Solutions Level Up CSP Sales Bootcamp, sessions on agent-powered business processes automation, and programs focused on unlocking the AI-powered future of work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents.
In-person workshops are scheduled across Asia and other regions, with events in Shanghai, Taipei, Seoul, Bengaluru, São Paulo, and London. The Microsoft AI Tour for Partners will visit multiple locations, providing hands-on experience with the latest AI solutions.
Certification Week events running February 23-27 across the Americas offer partners opportunities to prepare for essential certifications and applied skills needed to advance their Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program designations and specializations.
Go-To-Market Resources
Microsoft has curated a portfolio of partner-ready, customizable marketing campaigns designed to showcase how Microsoft AI transforms productivity, streamlines processes, and drives measurable business outcomes. These campaigns provide ready-to-use messaging, assets, and partner guidance tailored to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Dynamics 365—all grounded in secure, responsible AI principles.
Partners can access these resources through the Partner Marketing Center, where they can explore AI Business Solutions campaigns, align to customer needs, and activate their next go-to-market motion.
Customer Success Stories
The update highlights several customer success stories demonstrating real-world AI implementation. IDC Technologies helped a UAE government education institution adopt and thrive with Microsoft 365 Copilot through strategic implementation and tailored workshops. ITCG created an integrated experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot that improved precision and streamlined workflows for G K Choksi & Co, a chartered accountant firm in India.
Insight Canada developed a robust readiness assessment and customizable adoption pilot program to help clients maximize Microsoft 365 Copilot value across industries. RSM, a leading professional services firm, acted as their own Customer Zero by globally scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot to transform operations, upskill teams, and create a knowledge repository.
Dynamics 365 Finance Bootcamp
Looking ahead, Microsoft and FastTrack are hosting a Dynamics 365 Finance Business Performance Planning Bootcamp from February 24-26, 2026. This digital event features pre-recorded sessions and live Q&A, optimized for EMEA and Americas time zones. Day 1 is exclusively for partners, while Days 2 and 3 will include customer invitations, creating opportunities for joint engagement.
These comprehensive updates reflect Microsoft's continued investment in partner enablement as AI adoption accelerates across industries. By combining attractive financial incentives with robust training and marketing support, Microsoft is positioning its partners to deliver AI-powered business transformation at scale.
