Home appliance brand Dreame has unveiled its first smartphone lineup featuring a flagship model with premium specs, a budget option, and an ultra-thin device during a Poland event.

Dreame, primarily known for its home appliances like robot vacuums, has officially entered the smartphone market with the preview of three distinct models at a launch event in Poland. While full pricing and availability details remain unconfirmed, the devices signal Dreame's expansion into consumer electronics beyond home products, with plans for wider European distribution and potential global rollout.
The flagship Dreame RS1 stands out with specifications remarkably similar to the Nubia Z80 Ultra, featuring Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with a substantial 7,200mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. Its 6.85-inch AMOLED display offers 1.5K+ resolution at 144Hz refresh rate with an under-screen 16MP camera and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The triple-camera system includes a 50MP main sensor (35mm equivalent), 64MP periscope telephoto (70mm), and 50MP ultrawide (18mm). IP68/69 certification provides dust/water resistance, while design variations include a gold-plated back option with artificial gemstones.
The Dreame E1 positions as the budget offering with a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and in-display fingerprint reader. Camera configuration includes a 108MP main sensor paired with 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensors, plus a 50MP front camera. It retains the increasingly rare 3.5mm headphone jack, includes IP64 splash resistance, and houses a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging.
Completing the trio, the Dreame Air1 emphasizes portability at just 5.9mm thickness and 172g weight. Despite its slim profile, it incorporates a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging. Camera specs include a 108MP primary rear sensor and 32MP front-facing camera.
Dreame's smartphone debut represents a significant diversification beyond its core home appliance business. The company appears to be leveraging its established European presence in home robotics to enter the competitive mobile market. However, without pricing details or ecosystem integration plans, questions remain about how these devices will compete against established players. The RS1's high-end specs position it against premium Android flagships, while the E1 and Air1 target different segments of the mid-range market. Dreame's success may hinge on demonstrating unique value beyond hardware specs, particularly regarding software optimization and potential integration with their existing smart home products.
