LG's new Xboom Buds Lite ($69.99) and Buds Plus ANC ($179.99) bring graphene drivers, dual-device pairing, and will.i.am-tuned audio to the true wireless market, with the Plus model adding ANC, Auracast, and UV sterilization.

LG has officially launched its latest true wireless earbuds, the Xboom Buds Lite and Xboom Buds Plus ANC, bringing a mix of affordability and premium features to the audio market. The Xboom Buds Lite, priced at $69.99, and the Buds Plus ANC, at $179.99, are now available for purchase directly from LG's website, with Amazon availability coming soon.

Both models share a core set of features designed for versatility and durability. They support SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs, ensuring broad compatibility across devices, and can connect to two audio sources simultaneously—a handy feature for switching between your phone and laptop without manual re-pairing. The earbuds are IPX4-rated for water resistance, making them suitable for workouts and light rain. At the heart of their audio performance are 10mm graphene-coated drivers, tuned by musician will.i.am., which LG claims deliver powerful bass and clear highs.

While the two models are similar in design and core functionality, the Buds Plus ANC steps up with several premium additions. It features a 6-microphone noise-cancelling system for clearer calls and immersive listening, Auracast support for future-ready multi-device audio sharing, and a charging case with built-in UV disinfection—a nod to hygiene-conscious users. The Plus model also includes a Bluetooth audio transmitter for 3.5mm sources and supports wireless charging, though its battery life is slightly shorter at 10 hours compared to the Buds Lite's 11.5 hours.

These new offerings from LG position the Xboom Buds Lite as an accessible entry point for quality wireless audio, while the Buds Plus ANC targets users seeking advanced features like active noise cancellation and Auracast compatibility. With their competitive pricing and feature sets, LG aims to carve out a space in the increasingly crowded true wireless earbud market.
