Beelink introduces its SER10 MAX mini PC featuring AMD's flagship Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor and Radeon 890M graphics, now available for pre-order starting at $1259.

Beelink has officially launched its SER10 MAX mini PC, positioning it as a high-performance compact workstation featuring AMD's Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor. This marks one of the first commercially available systems using AMD's new Gorgon Point architecture, which combines a 12-core, 24-thread CPU with integrated Radeon 890M graphics containing 16 compute units.
The SER10 MAX is now open for pre-orders through Beelink's official storefronts, with shipments expected to begin in March. Pricing starts at $1259 for the base configuration featuring 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD. For users requiring expanded memory capacity, a 64GB RAM variant with 1TB storage is available at $1699 during the pre-order period.
Technical Architecture
At the heart of the system lies AMD's Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, part of the newly unveiled Hawk Point mobile processor lineup. This chip leverages TSMC's 4nm process technology and features:
- 12 Zen 4 CPU cores (24 threads) with boost clocks up to 5.1GHz
- Integrated Radeon 890M GPU with RDNA 3 architecture
- Dedicated AI processing through the XDNA neural processing unit (NPU)
- Configurable TDP between 35-54W
The cooling solution employs a vapor chamber paired with copper heat pipes and a large centrifugal fan. An additional aluminum heatsink specifically cools the primary SSD, addressing thermal constraints common in compact systems.
Expandability and Connectivity

The SER10 MAX offers notable expansion capabilities for a mini PC:
- Memory: Two DDR5 SODIMM slots supporting up to 96GB of 5600MHz RAM
- Storage: Dual M.2 2280 slots supporting PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs
Connectivity options position this as a premium desktop replacement:
- Video Output: HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, and USB4 with DisplayPort Alt Mode
- High-Speed I/O: 40Gbps USB4 (Type-C), 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2 (Type-C), dual 10Gbps USB-A ports
- Networking: 10GbE RJ45 port, Wi-Fi 6 (Intel AX200), Bluetooth 5.2
- Legacy Support: Dual USB 2.0 ports and 3.5mm audio combo jack
The chassis measures 128 x 128 x 49mm (0.78L volume) with a metal enclosure and uses a 100W external power adapter.
Platform Considerations
Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed with full driver support for the Ryzen AI capabilities. The NPU accelerates Windows Studio Effects and AI-accelerated applications like DaVinci Resolve. Beelink backs the system with a 3-year warranty, notably longer than the typical 1-year coverage for mini PCs.
While pricing exceeds most mini PCs, the SER10 MAX targets professional workflows needing both CPU and GPU performance in compact form factors. The inclusion of USB4 with 40Gbps throughput enables external GPU enclosures for graphics-intensive tasks, while 10GbE networking caters to media professionals handling large file transfers.
As DDR5 memory prices continue to decline, future barebones configurations could make this architecture more accessible. For now, the SER10 MAX represents a high-end option in the mini PC segment, particularly for users prioritizing AMD's latest integrated graphics and AI acceleration capabilities.
