Casio Unveils Metallic Accent G-Shock GA-2100LXB Watches with Luxurious Black Design

Casio has quietly unveiled two new additions to its popular G-Shock GA-2100 series, with leaked images revealing the GA-2100LXB-1A and GA-2100LXB-1A9 models. These watches, part of the anticipated Luxury Black collection, feature distinctive metallic accents that differentiate them from their predecessors.

The leaked images, originally spotted at Vietnamese retailer G-Shock Hai Phong, show both models maintaining the signature black resin casing that measures 48.5 x 45.4 x 11.8 mm (~1.91 x 1.79 x 0.46 inches). The key distinction lies in their accent colors and digital display elements. The GA-2100LXB-1A features dark metallic gray indexes and indicator dial ring, complemented by brown digits on the black background digital display. In contrast, the GA-2100LXB-1A9 boasts golden-hued indexes and indicator elements, with gold tone numbers on the inset display.

These new models continue Casio's tradition of combining analog and digital displays in the G-Shock line. The GA-2100 series, often referred to as CasiOak due to its octagonal bezel design, incorporates Casio's Carbon Core Guard structure, providing exceptional durability while maintaining a relatively slim profile compared to other G-Shock models.

Technical specifications remain consistent with the standard GA-2100 series, including 200 meters of water resistance, a three-year battery life, and practical tools such as a 1/100th second stopwatch, countdown timer, and multiple daily alarms. Users can also select from 31 time zones across 48 cities, making these watches suitable for international travelers.
