The upcoming iQOO Z11x has appeared on Geekbench, confirming it will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7400 SoC and run Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
The iQOO Z11x has made an early appearance on Geekbench, giving us our first look at the specifications of iQOO's upcoming mid-range smartphone. The device, carrying the model number I2507, was spotted running Geekbench 6.6 for Android, where it achieved a single-core score of 1,057 and a multi-core score of 2,704.

While benchmark scores from pre-release prototypes should always be taken with caution, the listing provides valuable insight into the phone's hardware configuration. The iQOO Z11x appears to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 system-on-chip, which is paired with 8GB of RAM in this prototype configuration. The device will launch with Android 16 out of the box, layered with iQOO's custom OriginOS 6 interface.
This hardware configuration suggests the Z11x will target the mid-range segment, positioning itself below the recently launched iQOO 15 series that features flagship Snapdragon processors. The Dimensity 7400 is expected to offer a balance of performance and efficiency for everyday tasks and moderate gaming.
Interestingly, the certification for this device was first spotted back in early January, and considering that its predecessor, the Z10x, was released in April last year, we might expect the Z11x to launch within the next few weeks. iQOO has been expanding its product lineup aggressively, with recent releases including the iQOO 15, 15R, and 15 Ultra, each targeting different market segments with varying specifications and price points.
The Geekbench listing also confirms that the Z11x will be part of iQOO's strategy to offer more affordable options while maintaining competitive specifications. With the Z10x starting at ₹14,998 for the 128GB/6GB variant, the Z11x is likely to be positioned in a similar price bracket, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious consumers looking for a capable mid-range device.
As with all pre-release benchmark appearances, we recommend waiting for the official launch for confirmed specifications and pricing. The final retail version may have different configurations or optimizations compared to this prototype. We'll keep you updated as more information about the iQOO Z11x becomes available.
