Apple is offering existing Apple Card users $100 in Bonus Daily Cash when they add a co-owner to their account through May 18th, 2026.
Apple has introduced a limited-time promotion for existing Apple Card users, offering $100 in Bonus Daily Cash when they add a co-owner to their account. The promotion runs through May 18th, 2026, and requires the new co-owner to make $100 in purchases within their first 30 days.
This promotion specifically targets existing Apple Card customers, who typically don't benefit from the various sign-up bonuses that Apple frequently offers to new customers. By incentivizing users to add co-owners, Apple appears to be encouraging adoption of its Apple Card Family feature, which was introduced a few years ago.
The Apple Card Family feature allows users to add both co-owners and participants to their account. Co-owners share responsibility for the account and can make decisions about payments, while participants simply have access to a card and can make purchases without sharing the financial responsibility. When a co-owner is added, they earn the same rewards as the primary account holder, and after the co-owner spends their first $100, the primary account holder receives the $100 Bonus Daily Cash.
Apple Card offers a tiered rewards structure: 3% cash back on purchases at Apple and select partners, 2% cash back on all purchases made with Apple Pay, and 1% cash back on purchases made with the physical card. The Bonus Daily Cash would be in addition to these regular earnings.
Currently, Apple Card is issued by Goldman Sachs, but Apple has announced that JPMorgan Chase will be taking over the program in the near future. No major changes to the card's features or terms are expected with this transition.
Users interested in this promotion can sign up through the Apple Card section in the Wallet app or on the Apple Card website. The promotion provides an opportunity for existing cardholders to maximize their rewards while helping family members or trusted individuals establish their own credit history through the Apple Card Family program.
