Belkin has launched its Stage PowerGrip accessory in China at a striking price disparity compared to Western markets. Originally released in the US last October for $79.99, the magnetic charging grip now retails for CNY 234 ($34) on JD.com—representing a 57% discount. This pricing differential is unusually wide even considering regional variations, making the Chinese release particularly noteworthy for budget-conscious consumers.

The Stage PowerGrip targets content creators and power users needing extended mobile functionality. Its core design integrates a MagSafe-compatible wireless charger (supporting iPhone 16 and Pixel 10 Pro) within an ergonomic grip that transforms into a phone stand. The 9,300mAh battery serves triple duty: wirelessly charging the mounted phone while simultaneously powering two additional devices via a retractable USB-C cable and a separate USB-C port.

Practical testing reveals thoughtful execution: The LCD battery meter provides clear power status, while the retractable cable eliminates dangling cords during mobile use. Unlike basic power banks, the Stage PowerGrip adds creator-focused hardware including a ¼-inch tripod mount for stabilized shooting and Bluetooth pairing for one-touch shutter control. This positions it uniquely between power banks and specialized camera rigs.
