For example, apartment hunters can specify their exact requirements, and these agents will continuously scan for new listings that match their criteria, notifying users when suitable options become available.
The agentic capabilities extend beyond information retrieval to task execution. Google is expanding its agentic booking functionality this summer in the United States to support a wide range of local experiences and services. Perhaps most notably, the system will be able to call businesses on users' behalf for select categories such as home repair, beauty services, or pet care, bridging the gap between digital search and real-world action.
Personal Intelligence in AI Mode is also expanding significantly, becoming available to more people in nearly 200 countries and territories across 98 languages. Importantly, no subscription is required for these features. Users can connect their Gmail and Google Photos accounts, with Google Calendar integration coming soon. This personalization layer allows the AI to understand individual context better, providing more relevant and tailored results.
