Motorola introduces its new Signature smartphone line targeting premium buyers with a 6.8" LTPO display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, four 50MP cameras, and standout features like 90W wired charging at €1,000 price point.
Motorola has launched its new Signature smartphone line, positioning itself in the premium market with competitive pricing and several distinctive features. Priced at £900/€1,000 for the 12GB/512GB configuration, the Signature undercuts rivals like the vivo X300 Pro by €400 while matching the OnePlus 15's entry price.

The Signature stands out with its slim 7.0mm profile and lightweight 186g design – notably 47g lighter than Apple's iPhone 17 Pro Max despite housing a larger 5,200mAh battery. Charging capabilities significantly outpace competitors with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support, far exceeding current offerings from Apple, Samsung, and Google.
Display technology features a 6.8" LTPO panel with 165Hz refresh rate and 1264p+ resolution, complemented by an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Connectivity includes USB-C 3.1 Gen2 with DisplayPort 1.4 support for external display connections, alongside Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and IP68/IP69 water resistance.

Powering the device is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (non-Elite) chipset, positioned below current elite-tier processors but still delivering strong performance. The camera system includes four 50MP modules: a primary Sony LYT-828 sensor (1/1.28"), 3x telephoto lens with 1/1.95" sensor, 122° ultra-wide, and a 21mm autofocus selfie camera – offering larger sensors than OnePlus 15's setup.
Software features Motorola's Hello UI with Smart Connect (formerly Ready For) desktop mode functionality. Notably, the company commits to seven years of OS updates, matching industry leaders in long-term support.
This strategic positioning gives buyers a premium alternative with standout battery efficiency, rapid charging, and desktop capabilities at a more accessible price than ultra-premium flagships.
