Overview
Goodput is the most accurate measure of the 'useful' speed experienced by an end-user. It represents the actual file data or stream data received, minus the 'tax' of networking headers and the 'waste' of resending lost data.

Goodput = (Total Data Received - Protocol Overhead - Retransmitted Data) / Time
