Apple iMac but with AMD Strix Halo: New AideaONE R27 released with up to 128 GB RAM

At the end of last year, Sixunited showcased the AXA33 as a new all-in-one (AIO) desktop to rival the Apple iMac (curr. $1,199 on Amazon). However, the company has not outlined pricing or availability since. Now, Seaviv has officially introduced what appears to be the same system that one can actually purchase. Positioned as the first all-in-one PC featuring AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395, the AideaONE R27 contains a 27-inch IPS display rather than the OLED equivalent found in the Sixunited AXA33. Setting panel differences aside, the AideaONE R27 also outputs at 4K (3,840 x 2,160) with a 60 Hz refresh rate. According to Seaviv, this display sits within a chassis that measures 15 mm at its thinnest point and is attached to an anodised aluminium alloy back via a fixed stand that supports -5° to +21° tilt adjustments.

The AideaONE R27 also contains numerous ports across multiple sides. Meanwhile, Seaviv complements the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and Radeon 8060S iGPU with 128 GB of LPDDR5X-8000 RAM and a 2 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD (M.2 2280). The latter can be expanded by a second M.2 2280 slot too, with wireless connectivity handled by an AMD RZ616 module that provides Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6. Apparently, the AideaONE R27 can deliver up to 120 W to its AMD Strix Halo APU thanks to its dual-fan and triple-heatpipe cooling solution as well. Seaviv has opted for a 240 W external power supply, though.

Pricing in China starts at CNY 21,999 for a fully configured model, which equates to $3,169 at current exchange rates. There is no word on international availability yet.
