Asus and Kojima Productions have teamed up to create a limited edition gaming tablet that brings the iconic Ludens mascot to life with custom design elements and premium specs.
Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a gaming tablet PC created in collaboration with Kojima Productions, the studio founded by legendary game director Hideo Kojima. Known for creating iconic franchises like Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding, Kojima Productions has lent its distinctive design aesthetic to this limited edition device, resulting in a gaming tablet that looks like it belongs in one of Kojima's games.
The ROG Flow Z13-KJP was initially revealed at CES 2026 but is now finally available for pre-order. The device features a custom design by Yoji Shinkawa, the artist who has worked with Kojima on the art design for all of his games, as well as several other notable titles. The tablet incorporates the Ludens design elements - Kojima Productions' mascot - creating a device that fans of Death Stranding will instantly recognize. The gold trim accents are particularly reminiscent of special edition items found within the Death Stranding games.
Underneath the striking exterior, the ROG Flow Z13-KJP packs impressive hardware specifications. The tablet is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 processor paired with AMD Radeon 8060S graphics and an AMD XDNA NPU. It features 128GB of LPDDR5X 8000MHz unified memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage. The 70Wh battery powers a 13.4-inch touchscreen IPS LCD with 2560x1600 resolution and a 180Hz refresh rate. The device includes a built-in kickstand and comes with a detachable keyboard cover that matches the custom design.
Asus is offering additional matching accessories designed in collaboration with Kojima Productions, including the ROG Delta II-KJP headset, ROG Keris II Origin-KJP mouse, and the ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP mouse mat. The tablet comes in a custom carrying case with a specially designed 200W charger.
Priced at $3700, the ROG Flow Z13-KJP is available for pre-order on Asus' website and will begin shipping next month. Each purchase includes a free copy of Death Stranding 2 for PC, making it an attractive package for fans of Kojima's work.
