GameSir has launched a special edition variant of its G7 Pro controller themed around Team Ninja's acclaimed action RPG, Nioh 3. Designed exclusively for PC, this $89.99 controller targets enthusiasts seeking both aesthetic customization and competitive-grade performance hardware.

The Nioh 3 Edition visually reimagines the controller with dragon motifs on its magnetic faceplate, black armored grips, and gold accents – directly inspired by the game's Living Weapon mechanic. Red thumbstick caps and a custom charging dock complete the themed package. GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC - Nioh 3 Edition comes with two extra D-pads. Notably, the bundle includes two additional D-pads for customization alongside the default mechanical micro-switch D-pad.

Technically, the controller maintains the G7 Pro's premium specifications: Hall Effect triggers with analog/digital switching, GameSir's proprietary 2nd-gen Mag-Res TMR sticks for drift resistance, and optical micro-switch ABXY buttons. Its standout feature remains the 8,000Hz polling rate in both wired and 2.4GHz wireless modes – quadruple the standard 1,000Hz rate of mainstream controllers – significantly reducing input latency for competitive play.

The GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC - Nioh 3 Edition is not compatible with Xbox consoles. Unlike the standard G7 Pro models, this edition lacks Xbox compatibility entirely. PC-focused gamers get a 6-axis gyroscope, four programmable macro buttons, and a 3.5mm audio jack that functions wirelessly. The 1,200mAh battery provides extended play sessions, while the GameSir Connect software enables granular button remapping and sensitivity adjustments.

Pre-orders are open now via GameSir's website with shipments expected March-April. For Xbox-compatible alternatives, gamers can consider the Wuchang: Fallen Feathers edition ($99.99 on Amazon), which shares similar core specs but adds console support.
