Honor's latest Win series device focuses on endurance with a massive 10,000 mAh battery and exceptional durability ratings, offering practical battery life without the cooling system of its performance-focused siblings.
Honor has expanded its Win series with the new Win Turbo, a smartphone that shifts focus from raw performance to exceptional battery life and durability. While previous Win models like the standard Win and Win RT featured active cooling fans and flagship processors, the Win Turbo takes a different approach, emphasizing practical endurance for everyday users.

At the heart of the Honor Win Turbo is the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, a significant departure from the Snapdragon 8 Elite and 8 Elite Gen 5 processors found in its siblings. This choice reflects the device's endurance-focused positioning, as the Dimensity 8500 draws less power than the flagship Snapdragon chips. The absence of an active cooling system further contributes to the battery-first design philosophy, eliminating power consumption from cooling fans.
The display measures 6.79 inches, slightly smaller than other Win models, but maintains a premium 120Hz OLED refresh rate for smooth visuals. Honor is offering three memory configurations: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB, catering to users who need ample storage and multitasking capabilities.
Camera hardware follows a practical approach rather than a flagship-level setup. The rear configuration includes a 50MP main sensor paired with a 5MP ultrawide lens, while the front houses a 16MP selfie camera. This setup provides solid everyday photography capabilities without the complexity of multiple lenses found in higher-end devices.

The standout feature of the Honor Win Turbo is undoubtedly its massive 10,000 mAh battery, matching the capacity of other Win series devices. However, there are some key differences in charging capabilities. Unlike the standard Win model, the Win Turbo does not support wireless charging. Wired charging is limited to 80W SuperCharge, compared to 100W in other Win phones. Honor estimates charging from 0 to 100% takes approximately 90 minutes with the included 80W charger.
Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the Win Turbo is its durability credentials. The device carries a triple IP rating of IP68, IP69, and IP69K, offering exceptional protection against water and dust. In particular, the IP69K rating indicates the device can withstand high-temperature, high-pressure water jets, a feature rarely found in non-rugged mainstream smartphones. This combination of mainstream design with rugged durability makes the Win Turbo particularly attractive for users in demanding environments or those who simply want extra peace of mind.
The Honor Win Turbo is available in three colors: Black, White, and Blue. Pricing starts at CNY 2,699 (approximately €340) for the 12GB/256GB configuration, with the 12GB/512GB model priced at CNY 2,999 (€380) and the top-tier 16GB/512GB version at CNY 3,599 (€560).
From an ecosystem perspective, the Win Turbo runs Android with Honor's custom interface, maintaining compatibility with Honor's services and accessories. While it doesn't introduce new ecosystem features, its extended battery life could enhance the user experience across connected devices by reducing charging frequency. The device's practical focus aligns with Honor's strategy of offering diverse product lines targeting different user priorities, from performance enthusiasts to battery-conscious professionals.
