The Role and Technology Stack
As a Backend Developer in the MediKIT team, you'll work on a critical healthcare platform that's transforming general practitioner care through technology. The tech stack includes:
- Core Technologies: Java/Kotlin, PostgreSQL, JSON storage
- Cloud Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Azure
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
- Standards: HL7 FHIR for healthcare data interoperability

Your responsibilities span development, integration, scalability, and architecture. You'll be building integrations with external healthcare providers using open standards, ensuring the system can scale effectively as adoption grows.
