Leaked real-life image reveals Oppo Find X9 Ultra's thick camera bump and quad-sensor setup ahead of launch

A leaked real-life image has provided the first clear look at the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, revealing a notably thick rear camera bump that houses a quad-sensor setup. The image, which surfaced online recently, shows the back of the upcoming flagship device with a large circular camera module that appears to be significantly thicker than its predecessor.

The camera design follows a similar aesthetic to the Find X8 Ultra, with a prominent circular protrusion on the rear panel. However, the bump on the Find X9 Ultra appears to be more pronounced, likely to accommodate the advanced camera hardware rumored for the device.

According to recent leaks, the Find X9 Ultra will feature an impressive camera array including a 200MP periscope telephoto lens alongside a 50MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom support. The setup is also expected to include a 200MP primary camera and a 50MP ultrawide unit, making it one of the most comprehensive camera systems in the Android flagship segment.

Beyond the camera hardware, the Find X9 Ultra is rumored to pack substantial specifications including a 6.82-inch 2K resolution display, a 50MP selfie camera, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a massive 7,050mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. Oppo has already confirmed that the device will launch globally, expanding its availability beyond the Chinese market where it's typically first released.

The leaked image provides our clearest look yet at the device's physical design, confirming the substantial camera bump that has been hinted at in previous renders and CAD-based leaks. As the launch approaches in the coming weeks, more details about the Find X9 Ultra's features and capabilities are expected to emerge.
