Ugreen launches its 15W Qi2-certified magnetic charger in the US, offering simultaneous iPhone and earbud charging at $45.99.

Ugreen's 15W 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger (model W701/Zapix) has officially launched in the US following its European debut last year. Priced at $45.99 through Ugreen's Amazon storefront, this dual-purpose charger targets Apple users needing simultaneous power for multiple devices without premium pricing.

The primary charging station features Qi2 certification and a 48° tilted design that supports both portrait and landscape orientation. Its 15W output delivers practical speeds – Ugreen claims a 37% charge for iPhone 17 Pro models within 30 minutes. The secondary 5W pad handles earbuds like AirPods or Galaxy Buds. Notably, the package includes a USB-C cable but requires users to supply their own power adapter.
Compared to Apple's discontinued MagSafe Duo Charger (originally $129), this represents a significant cost reduction. Current alternatives like Anker's 3-in-1 Cube start above $100, positioning Ugreen's solution as a budget-conscious option. One tradeoff: only the black color variant ships stateside currently, unlike Europe's additional blue option.

This charger suits users prioritizing desk or bedside convenience over maximum speed. The magnetic alignment prevents misplacement overnight, and the dual-coil design maintains compatibility across recent iPhone generations. However, Android users gain limited value since the magnetic alignment specifically targets MagSafe devices. Power users should note the 15W ceiling falls short of MagSafe's full 20W potential.
At sub-$50 pricing, Ugreen delivers functional multi-device charging minus premium features like integrated power bricks or smart device coordination. For Apple households needing basic overnight solutions, it eliminates cable clutter at a competitive entry point.
