vivo expands its premium midrange lineup with the X200T, featuring flagship-grade Zeiss optics, MediaTek's latest Dimensity 9400+ processor, and innovative battery technology.

vivo has officially launched the X200T in India, positioning it as a premium midrange device with flagship-caliber specifications. The phone arrives in Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac color options, featuring a metal frame sandwiched between glass panels with dual IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. This combination delivers both high-end aesthetics and practical durability.
The camera system represents the X200T's standout feature: a triple 50MP Zeiss-engineered array. The primary wide camera uses a Sony LYT702 sensor (1/1.56-inch), paired with a 15mm ultrawide using Samsung's JN1 sensor (1/2.76-inch) featuring autofocus for close-up shots. Completing the setup is a 3x optical zoom lens with mastery over portrait photography, employing a Sony LYT600 sensor (1/1.95-inch). For selfies, a 32MP front camera handles capture duties.

Visuals are showcased on a 6.67-inch Zeiss Color Master AMOLED display with 10-bit color depth and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel achieves an industry-leading 5,000 nits peak brightness protected by Schott glass, ensuring visibility under harsh sunlight while maintaining color accuracy.
Powering the device is MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9400+ chipset built on a 3nm process, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Buyers can choose between 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 storage configurations. The phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6, with vivo committing to an impressive 5 years of OS upgrades and 7 years of security patches.
Energy comes from a 6,200mAh semi-solid state silicon anode battery – vivo's third-generation implementation of this technology. It supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, plus bypass charging that routes power directly to the motherboard during intensive tasks like gaming, reducing battery wear. The X200T launches exclusively in India through Flipkart, vivo's online store, and physical retailers.
This release strengthens vivo's strategy of bringing premium camera technology to accessible price points. The
