Overview
The Battery Status API allows web applications to be 'battery-aware.' It provides data on whether the device is currently charging, the remaining battery percentage, and estimates for how long until the battery is full or empty.

Privacy Note
Due to fingerprinting concerns, some browsers have restricted or removed support for this API, as the precise battery level can be used to track users across sites.
