Alex Snyder is a Product Manager for Microsoft 365 Suite, specializing in Copilot adoption and enterprise AI. She leads Copilot rollouts, from planning and governance to training, making AI practical and accessible. Alex shapes digital workplace strategy across SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365, focusing on intranet design and internal communications. As an advocate for human-centered AI, she frequently presents on Copilot adoption, M365 experiences, and the future of work, helping organizations embrace AI confidently.
