Apple debuts Creator Studio, a subscription bundle offering premium creative tools alongside iWork app changes and Pixelmator Pro's iPad expansion.

Apple today announced Apple Creator Studio, a new subscription service targeting content creators with integrated tools for video editing, graphic design, and productivity. Launching February 1, 2026, at $19.99/month, the bundle includes:
- Final Cut Pro+ (enhanced cloud rendering and collaboration)
- Logic Pro Mobile (full DAW experience on iPad)
- ProCreate Studio (exclusive asset libraries and animation tools)
- 2TB of iCloud+ storage
- Priority access to Apple's creative workshops
Simultaneously, Apple revealed Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Freeform are transitioning to a freemium model. While core functionality remains free, advanced features like collaborative analytics and template libraries now require an iCloud+ subscription. This shift aligns with Apple's ecosystem strategy, encouraging users toward bundled services.
Complementing these announcements, professional photo editor Pixelmator Pro will launch on iPad later this quarter with full Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard support. Early demos show seamless cross-platform project syncing through iCloud.
