Two Point Campus, the university management sim from Two Point Studios and SEGA, is 85% off on Steam through June 25. The sale price sits at $4.49, down from the regular $29.99.

The game hit its all-time low of $2.99 back in October 2025 — a 90% discount. That price hasn't returned in eight months. The current $4.49 deal saves $1.50 compared to waiting for a deeper cut that may not come.

Two Point Campus earned an 83 on OpenCritic across 101 reviews, landing it in the top 9% of games. Eighty-nine percent of critics recommended it. On Steam, the game holds a Very Positive rating with 85.17% approval across 7,000 reviews.

The premise: you build and manage a university, but the courses lean absurd. Students enroll in Knight School and other offbeat programs. The game wraps its management systems in a light-hearted tone reminiscent of the old Bullfrog Theme series.

Critics praised the gameplay loop, particularly the progression from a crumbling starter campus to a prestigious institution. The comedy and management mechanics also drew positive attention.

Two Point Campus runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. A sandbox mode unlocks after completing the campaign.

If you already own the base game, several DLC packs are also discounted. The Space Academy expansion and others are marked down up to 68%.
