Geekbench listing confirms OnePlus Nord CE 6 with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, 8GB RAM, and Android 16, positioning it as a more affordable alternative to the standard Nord 6.
A new OnePlus smartphone has appeared on Geekbench, revealing what appears to be the upcoming Nord CE 6. The device, bearing model number "CPH2805," was spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, confirming earlier speculation about OnePlus's mid-range smartphone lineup expansion.

The Geekbench listing provides several key specifications for the device. Most notably, it's powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, Qualcomm's mid-range chipset that has already appeared in devices like the Poco M8 Pro 5G. This marks a departure from the Nord CE 5, which used MediaTek's Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset.
According to the benchmark results, the Nord CE 6 achieved 1,101 points in single-core performance and 3,117 points in multi-core performance. For context, this represents a step down from its predecessor - the Nord CE 5 scored 1,325 in single-core and 4,201 in multi-core tests in our hands-on testing. The performance difference reflects the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4's positioning as a more affordable alternative to the Dimensity 8350 Apex.
The device comes with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 16 out of the box, suggesting OnePlus is prioritizing software experience even in its more budget-friendly offerings. This aligns with OnePlus's recent focus on longer software support and timely updates across its product lineup.
Industry sources suggest the Nord CE 6 will launch in May alongside the Nord CE 6 Lite. The standard Nord 6, released earlier this month in India, features a 165Hz display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, and a massive 7,500mAh battery - positioning it as a premium offering in the Nord series. The CE variant appears designed to fill a more affordable price segment.
Interestingly, the Nord CE 6 is expected to share its foundation with the OnePlus Turbo 6V, a device that launched earlier in China. The Turbo 6V features a 6.78-inch 144Hz display, 9,000mAh battery, and 50MP rear camera - specifications that could translate to the Nord CE 6 with some regional adjustments.
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4's inclusion suggests OnePlus is targeting a sweet spot between performance and affordability. While it won't match the raw power of the standard Nord 6's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, it should deliver solid everyday performance for most users, particularly given the efficiency improvements in Qualcomm's 4-series chipsets.
As we approach the rumored May launch window, more details about pricing, camera specifications, and regional availability should emerge. The Nord CE series has traditionally served as OnePlus's value-oriented lineup, and the CE 6 appears to continue this tradition while bringing the latest Android version and respectable performance to a more accessible price point.
